From precision-led service to fast-paced kitchens serving hundreds of covers, those years taught me the importance of quality, consistency, and how powerful good food can be in bringing people together.

But over time, I felt drawn back to the kind of food that first inspired me to cook — honest, comforting meals made with care, fresh ingredients, and flavours people truly enjoy at home.
